I've heard wonderful reviews about these supplements so I finally decided to try them out for myself. So starting today I will be taking two(for better results) until the end of the year and see what it does for my hair and nails. The supplements are supposed to aid in hair nail growth/health, skin as well but I have no problems in that area so I cant say I'm anxious for that. I will update once I finish the bottle, I have the 90 count so I should be done by Feburary since I'm taking two a day.
